Answers before you send an application.

  • Is the team remote, and from where?

    Fully remote. We hire between UTC-3 and UTC+4, so the whole team overlaps four hours a day.

  • What does the interview look like?

    A 30-minute intro, one paid task, then two hours with the engineers you would work beside.

  • Do you pay for take-home work?

    Yes. Tasks are scoped to four hours and paid at contractor rate, whatever we decide afterwards.

  • Does the offer include equity?

    Every offer carries options on a four-year vest with a one-year cliff, strike price in writing.

  • What is the first month like?

    You ship an actor in week one. By week four you are on the release rota with everyone else.

  • Can I apply without a referral?

    Mail [email protected] with a repo or a run we can read. Every application gets an answer.
